The Halo is a tracker for fitness with an innovative design. It does not have a screen, nor a vibrating motor. This makes it a great choice if you want your wrist to be free from distractions.
The app has a wide range of sessions, workouts, and programs that will help you improve your health. It offers meditation, mindfulness, as well as tone-focused content.
The best feature of the app, Tone of Voice analysis, is focused on improving your vocals. It analyzes how you sound in interviews or public speeches. You can also take a voice selfie to improve your voice clarity and overall tone.
This is an amazing feature, especially for interviews that can be challenging to hear your voice. You can also listen back to your own recordings to see how you sound and make improvements.

The Halo's datacentric approach to fitness monitoring includes sleep monitoring. This allows you to track your sleep from start-to-finish and calculate scores based off each cycle. It can also measure temperature to determine how restful your nights were.
Amazon has committed that the Halo will be kept private, and users can opt in to use its voice tone analysis and body scan features. The company explained that it automatically deletes body-scan photos from the cloud after processing them. However, privacy concerns are raised by this.
The paired phone app does the body-scanning. It asks for a photo of you in skivvies. This is limited to 18-year-olds only. You'll need to take multiple photos to get an accurate reading of your body fat percentage.
This adds complexity to your fitness tracker, since it isn't comparable to traditional metrics like calories burned or steps. It does give you a better picture of your activity over time.
The voice tone analysis, meanwhile, uses two microphones on the device to listen to your speech and assess how you come across. It's a great feature for anyone trying to project positive images at work and with friends.

One important thing to note, however: this feature is only available with a paid subscription. To keep using it, you'll need to pay $4/around PSP3 / AU$5 a Month after six months.
The Body Composition feature is also a notable feature. This uses height and body data, as well as photos taken from your body, in order to calculate your overall body composition. Although it's far more accurate than Withings’ bioimpedance-based technology to measure body fat, it requires you to upload photos and could raise privacy concerns.
The Apple Watch and Fitbit have better fitness tracking than the Halo. The Halo will give you a clear idea of your performance and whether you are meeting your weekly goals. However, it doesn't have the vibrant graphics that you get on other devices. A subscription is required to access the most sophisticated features, such as voice analysis and body scanning.
